Forbidden by Tabitha Suzuma

I read this book ages ago and I have to say that I haven’t forgotten it. For it to have such an impact is phenomenal.

This isn’t a book for everyone due to the subject of the book but once you get past that it’s much more than that. While reading this you start to want this relationship to work as crazy as that sounds to some people.

It is a love story between Lochan and Maya who happen to be brother and sister. That being said , there not just average teenagers there dad left them and there mom is never there so it’s basically the same thing there dad did. So they have to become the parents of there brothers and sisters. So they never really had a childhood since they had to become the parents.

When they start to get feelings for one another they try to fight it but as people say the heart wants what the heart wants. So how can something so wrong be so right?

This book is beyond phenomenal Tabitha does an amazing job with the book. Even though it’s a taboo subject. This is also the first book that I have read by her and Holy Smokes! I absolutely love it.

Okie can we talk about the ending now? I mean come on! I didn’t see that coming at all what so ever. I had to read it a few times to make sure that I did read it right. I also put it down for a few hours to see if it would ” magically ” Change the ending ? Maybe? but it did not sadly. I mean I saw the ending pan out a much different way! For it to end like that?! Wow.

Everyone always wants a forbidden love in there life time. If we can’t have it in real life we read books to live it.

This is one book that I will NEVER forget. It’s been years since I read it and I still think about it and the ending because I had hoped for a better ending .
