Review Policy

Book Formats:

The books that I review on my blog are in E-ARCS EPUB format that I have received from publishers/authors/NetGalley. If I bought the book myself I state this at the beginning of my reviews.

My Preferred Genres

  • Ya – Fantasy, Contemporary, Mystery/Thriller, Literary Fiction, Horror, Gothic Horror, Realistic Fiction, Romance, LGBTQIA+, Coming of age
  • NA – Fantasy, Contemporary, Mystery/Thriller, Literary Fiction, Horror, Realistic, Romance, Fiction, LGBTQIA+, Coming of age
  • Contemporary
  • Erotica
  • Issues i.e. dying parents, cancer diagnoses, mental illnesses, family drama, etc)
  • Paranormal/Paranormal Romance

  • Dystopian ( I did love The Hunger Games and Divergent )

  • Fairytale/Myth retellings

What to Include in a Review Request:

To request a review you can contact me through my Contact Page. In your message, please include the following:

  • Title
  • Author
  • Genre
  • Cover Photo
  • Genre
  • Time Frame Your Looking For The Review To Be Posted.
  • Release Date/Post Date (If Post Date Is Needed)
  • Synopsis
  • Goodreads Link If You Have One
  • Trigger Warnings If There Happens To Be Any
  • Publisher
  • When It Was(Is) Getting Published
  • Page Count

I receive quite a bit of books and unfortunately, there isn’t enough time in the day to read them all! If only there was, would be a reader’s dream. I don’t have the time to return all emails. If you haven’t heard back from me in two months, it’s probably a no. I only respond to the requests that I accept. Accepting the book does not always guarantee a review.

My timeline for reviewing a book depends on my current reading schedule. However, I usually review a book within 1 – 4 weeks if longer, depending on how many I have at the time of request. I will let you know, upon accepting the request unless otherwise specified. Please let me know in your request if you have a specific date that you want your review posted.

I first post reviews to Goodreads then I post them on my Blog and Instagram.
