Only Beth doesn’t know how big her secret really is…
Fresh out of juvie and determined to start his life over,Chase has demons to face and much to atone for, including his part in the nightBeth’s sister died. Beth, who has more reason than anyone to despise him, iswilling to give him a second chance. A forbidden romance is the last thingeither of them planned for senior year, but the more time they spend together, the deeper their feelings get.
Now Beth has a choice to make—follow the rules, or risktearing everything apart…again.
My Thoughts:
Beth is a 17-year-oldsenior year of high school and her parents are extremely controlling and aretrying to suffocate her at the same time, because of her sister’s death. They don’twant the same thing to happen her. So, they have taken extreme precautions to “protect”her. One night she decides that she wants to go to a party. In doing so shemeets Chase and there is an instant pull between the two of them.
Chase is the new badboy at school he did something that will always loom over his head. Beth shouldstay away from him but there is a pull the two of them have that they both can’tfight. Aside from having a few classes together they are always around oneanother. Chase thinks they he doesn’t deserve her but, he does.
These two are an unlikelypair to say the least, but I get why they are together. Things at first are complicatedto say the least but when they get past all that they have a beautiful relationship.I loved how this story ended. I think it was a little rushed, but it all came togetherbeautifully.
