I wasn’t planning to propose to Raif Jones, the bad boy from the wrong side of town.
The one with the tattooed muscles, naughty blue eyes, and dimpled, James-Dean grin.

You see, it all started with a series of bad decisions.
First was flirting with a dangerous criminal to rescue a little girl I didn’t even know.
Second was throwing a massive, masked gala in my small-town hideout (complete with drag queens) and not expecting to draw attention…

Then Raif rode in on a motorcycle and melted my undies (and my heart), saying he wouldn’t let anybody hurt me.
Of course, I asked him to marry me.
Imagine my surprise when he said yes.

We’re a little naughty and a lot hot, and the perks of being married are very… perky.
They’re perky in the shower, on the kitchen table, against the front door…

Until Bad Decision tracks me down (thanks to Bad Decision ), and my outlaw husband turns Alpha Protector, risking everything to keep us safe.
It’s just a marriage of convenience. It’s supposed to have an end date.
But when the dust settles, walking away from Raif Jones could be the worst decision I’ve ever made.

(A LITTLE NAUGHTY is a small-town, marriage of convenience romance with single-mom vibes, a protective hero, no third-act breakup, and light suspense. No cheating. No cliffhanger.)

The story line to this one got piqued my interest with not seeing a lot of books that have this relationship dynamic. Raif having the reputation of a bad boy, to me he’s one of my favorite hero’s. Jemima is a reporter that wants to interview him for the town paper and get to know him. Raif is misunderstood and judged due to his family people think that he’s a criminal but if you get to know him you will see that he is the sweetest as can be. Jemima is and amazing person helping a girl that she faced from a pretty terrible person. Jemima and Raif are amazing people on their own but butting them together they became unstoppable.

The Montgomery Ink Legacy series continues with a workplace fling romance that starts off with a literal bang. Daisy Montgomery Knight is about to meet her match when it comes to Hugh Hendrix.

One look across the aisle at a wedding and I fell in lust.

He’s on the bride’s side. I’m on the groom’s.

But by the end of the night, we’re against a wall, over a table…and in bed.

I’m prepared never to see him again except in my memories.

Only the next week things become awkward: I’m his new boss.

And it turns out he’s just as demanding outside of the sheets as beneath them.

We need to stay away from each other—he has his demons, as well as an adorable little girl, and I’m trying to heal after a job gone wrong.

I know I need to walk away…even if neither one of us wants to.

While at a wedding Hugh and Daisy meet and end up hooking up with no strings attached. Hugh is a single dad that is trying to make ends meet for his daughter. So, when he walks into his new job at a security company as a new employee, He sees Daisy there. Will they be able to keep it professional and make it seem like nothing happened or will they be breaking the rules? Daisy has been waiting for the right guy to come along and Hugh and is daughter might be the ones she has been looking for all along.

He’s a cynical, world-weary Londoner. She’s a shy Scot. They might seem like opposites, but a few weeks in the Highlands will bring them together in ways they can’t imagine…

Theo Cavendish is the second son of a British viscount, and he’s spent years running from the aristocratic world he grew up in. Betrayal and loss taught him lessons he’s not quick to forget. As an award-winning screenwriter and creator, Theo prefers to throw himself into the world of film and television. He moves from one project to another, never really letting anyone truly know him.

As a housekeeper at the exclusive Ardnoch Estate, shy Sarah McCulloch feels invisible most days. No one really knows her, and they definitely don’t know she’s a bestselling crime writer. She dreams of seeing her series on screen and believes only one person can develop it for television. On the day she quits the estate for good, she shares her secret with club member, Theo, and asks him to consider her books.

Sarah never expected him to say yes or to show up on her doorstep ready to write with her. Or that weeks spent locked up in her cottage would lead them to form an intense but undeniable connection. A bond that Theo is not sure he’s ready to accept, even though he can’t bear to be without her.

However, when they finally venture out of their bubble, Theo finds he’ll have to battle more than his own demons to protect Sarah from hurt. For he has another fan, one intent on bringing the darkest elements of his most famous script to life. And unless he can figure out this real-life antagonist’s next move, Theo could be in danger of losing Sarah forever.

Theo and Sarah are two people that don’t really like one another to start because Theo is an ass but is maybe needing to put that aside so that he can help her follow her dreams, but Sarah is too shy to ask for help until she is having to work with him, and sparks start to fly. These two are opposites in many ways but the same in others. Along the way they break down one another’s walls, become closer and have a relationship that just comes together without actually talking about it but with the banter, they have many laugh out loud moments.

I am about to lose everything.

My home. My name. My future.

My husband was involved in something that could cost us our lives, and on his deathbed, he demands my daughter and I flee Britain. I had no idea he found her biological father, Holden James, in Rose Canyon, and that’s where we’d start over.

The moment we see each other, feelings I’d long forgotten rush over me. Holden doesn’t hesitate to care for us. We find ourselves reaching for each other, even when we should hold back. His smile warms me, his arms protect me, and against my better judgment, I fall for him. All the possibilities of a future are threatened by a looming past.

I’m being hunted, and it’s just a matter of time before someone finds me guilty of crimes I didn’t commit. Whatever trouble my husband was involved in won’t evade me forever.

I am trying to keep my promise and stay for Holden, but I don’t know how long it’ll be before we have to run.

My name was Sophie Pearson, but I vanished, just like my hope to ever find love again.

This was an exceptional end to a wonderful series. Sophie and Holden have hope, love, passion, and mystery. Sophie is a widowed mom to a beautiful girl. Her life is a tad on the complicated side. Holden is a surgeon and his work is everything to him, getting to know him and finally getting the answers to the questions that I had since meeting him in the previous books, without second guessing he was going to be there for Sophie and Eden. They have amazing chemistry and banter with a heartbreak emotional roller coaster. After finishing this, it’s my favourite in the series.

Just when you think you have it all, everything changes…

I had everything a kid could want.
A home. Food. Toys. Friends. Loving parents.
And it all equaled happiness.
Then my life went up in smoke.
Happiness no longer existed.
I trusted the wrong person.
And in a blink of an eye, the cruelty of the world reared its ugly head.
Four walls. Darkness.
Memory loss.
Chains.
Sex.
My first love.
And people watching in the corners.

Now, I’m conditioned.
I need to watch.
I need to be watched.
No one understands the turmoil inside me.
And the one person who seems to calm it?
Ruby Raine.

A little spitfire of a woman who released the strife I’ve been swallowing for eighteen years.
She made me realize how weak I was and how strong I needed to be.
To tackle my demons, I have to admit everything.
I have to trust and that’s one thing that doesn’t come easy for me.
Ruby shows me it’s okay to let go, to let someone steer for a bit, to give up a little control.
So I let go. I let her have the reins.
The road is bumpy, a minefield of explosives with her debt and my pain.
Every chance she takes on me is a step I take to better myself.
Love is a surprise.
A dart that Ruby tossed, and it hit me in the middle of my chest.
Unleashing… everything.

I’m my own target. If there’s one thing I can do, it’s aim.

Omg this was a beautifully heart-breaking story. I was able to read this in one setting.
Bullseye and ruby there is no denying that these two are meant for one another. Because of Bullseye’s past he feels as though he doesn’t deserve to be loved. When Ruby finds out about Bullseye’s past it makes her proactive of him and determined to help him realize that he does deserve love and happiness again.
This book tore my heart out but was able to put it back in the end.
