From USA Today bestselling author Ava Harrison comes a new standalone hockey romance.

Aiden Slate.
Pro hockey star. Captain of the Redville Saints. And the bane of my existence.

All it takes is a little liquid courage to storm his castle.
Or, in this case, a cushy five-star hotel suite.

I’m supposed to give him a piece of my mind.
To unleash a decade of pent-up anger.

What I’m not supposed to do is sign an NDA meant for another woman.

He thinks I’m here to relieve his stress.
Well, he’s in for a rude awakening.

Problem ? The boy I grew up with doesn’t remember me.
Problem ? I fall to my knees at his command. Literally.

Next thing I know, I agree to be his fake girlfriend.
He doesn’t realize I’m the girl he left behind ten years ago.
The last thing I’ll do is admit it.

Because Aiden might have abandoned me all those years ago.
But me? I’ll forever be his.

The book starts with them in the same trailer park as kids and became the best of friends. This book has some mental health rep and its great to see in more and more books. Cassie and Aiden have great banter and chemistry. Their relationship started off as being fake to help Aiden with his anxiety and OCD. Cassidy is a great help and can help when Aiden is struggling. Along the way they start to realize they have feelings for one another and they are able to help one another grow a lot through the book and have a slow burn romance that kept you interested.

A sizzling, small town, enemies to lovers, sports standalone romance from bestselling author, Stacey Lynn.Ava Decker has hated me for just as many years as I’ve spent loving her.I made a mistake pretending our night together never happened. For pretending I forgot. But we were young and I was getting ready to leave for college with big plans for the future.I had no plans to return to our small town in Colorado anytime soon and Ava never wanted to leave. That alone was enough to keep me away from her while we both grew up.And yet, I never forgot about her and what she means to me.Now eight years later, imagine my surprise, when I come home and find Sleeping Beauty asleep on my couch, thinking I wouldn’t be back home from my off-season vacation for a few weeks. As a professional football player, I know all about grabbing an opportunity and running with it. This is my chance to finally convince the girl of my dreams to stay and to tell her the truth about that fateful night years ago.But getting Ava Decker to not only forgive me but to give me another chance comes with a whole new set of plays I’m not used to.I’ve got all the time in the world to convince her. I’m committed to showing to her that she is my endgame. I let her go once before and I’ll stop at nothing to prove to her that my love for her is real and an unstoppable force.** Readers should be mindful that Unstoppable Love contains multiple descriptive scenes of attempted assault that may be sensitive and triggering to some.

This is my favourite book, Ava and Cam have a fantastic connection, Cam is seriously nice and feel bad got what happened between him and Ava and wants to make a mend’s but on the other hand Ava doesn’t want to get her heart broken again. How will they be able to navigate with all the things that have happened? Will Cam be able to take down all the walls that she had up for so long? This was a small town romance that takes you on a rollercoaster but when you get to the end of the ride your wanting to go around again because of how much fun it was.

He’s the hot, tattooed bad boy that I traded insults with…and now he wants my help?

Knox Holland is in a jam. After an incredible first year on the pro motocross circuit, he should be on top of the world. Instead, his bad reputation has landed him without a team. He’s untouchable and desperate to turn it around.

Which is how he ends up at my gym asking me to train him. As a college gymnast with two Olympic medals to my name, I know a thing or two about the pressure to succeed. Last season I choked and then injured myself before I could show the world that I’m not a twenty-year-old has-been.

Focused on the future, I can’t afford to get distracted. But I recognize the desperation in Knox’s eyes, and I can’t say no to him, either.

It should have been an easy task, but nothing about Knox is easy. One minute we’re arguing, and the next I’m enjoying his shirtless handstands a little too much.

Falling for him would be a mistake…

Burnout is a sports romance with a cocky bad boy, spice, banter, and a happily ever after.

Knox is a tattooed bad boy that comes off as a grump but once you get to know him, he’s a teddy bear. Avery is not taking any flack from Knox with some moments left me loling. She’s a gymnast that is just coming back offer a knee injury and is nervous that she’s not going to be the same since her accident. I haven’t read that many gymnastic books, so this was a nice spin on a motocross read. This was a cute read that had the perfect balance of love, steam, tension and banter, these two find out they have more in common then they both at the start was wonderful. If you are in the mood for a good girl/bad boy book? Then this is the book for you.

Rome Cromwell isn’t just football royalty in our town.

He’s a heartless monster out for revenge,

And I’m the ordinary girl with his target on her back.

One year ago my knight in shining armor stepped out of the fog and rescued me.

With a simple thank you and an “I owe you one”, I was on my way.

Little did I know, that was only the start of our deranged story.

Now our parents are married and we’re living under the same roof.

Rome presents himself as a masked villain with strikingly good looks and a hypnotic appeal.

Girls want him.

His friends want to be him.

But I only want to run from him.

I see beneath his cracked facade into the heart of the beast.

He blames me for the fight that left his football career in shambles.

And he hasn’t forgotten I’m in his debt.

Now his claws are digging in so deep, I fear I won’t survive.

Rome no longer wants to save me.

He only wants to own me.

To break me.

Piece by piece by piece.

Omg this book…. I was able to read it one sitting. Elodie is a bookworm introvert that’s also a badass and got the attitude to do go with it. Rome is the towns sports star and is out for revenge. Rome and Elodie tried to stay as enemies but the chemistry they have for one another is electric so there was only a matter of time before these two gave into their feelings for one another, the push and pull these two kept me glued to my kindle wanting to know what happens and it did not disappoint. This is one of my favourite books by Racheal. I’m excited to see what other books she will be coming out with this year.

A Sexy, Small Town, Secret Baby, Sports standalone romance from bestselling author, Stacey Lynn.

Everyone knows who Caleb Kelley is. I’m at the top of my game, known all around Colorado and beyond for not only my elite skills in professional hockey, but also my family’s ranching heritage. For this reason, I trust very few people as I’m used to strangers and so-called friends trying to get close to us for a piece of fame.

But when I receive a letter from a woman I slept with years ago, letting me know I’m a father – I implicitly trust her. Emily Russo is forever ingrained in my memory, and is the exception to every rule.

That one night I spent with her was unforgettable. I still remember the feel of her lips and the way her body moved under mine. For years, I’ve regretted not leaving her my phone number because if I had, I wouldn’t be seeing the first glimpses of my son in glossy pictures. Instead, I would’ve held him in my arms the minute he was born.

Now, I not only have to get to know my son, I also have to convince Emily that the spark that once burned between us is still smoldering, ready to burn even hotter a second time around.

But it’s not only hanger-ons who follow me. There are others who want to see this golden boy tossed off his throne. Too bad they don’t know what lengths I’ll go to protect what’s mine. I’ll do anything for Emily and my son. My love for them is unending.

This was an absolute charming read. One night with a hot guy Emily finds out that she’s pregnant and with no family support (for the best Imo) and not knowing who her son’s father is, she was just hoping that she would find out one day. When she does find out who he is she goes to meet him, things are awkward at first but as things went on things slowly start to happen and fall perfectly in place. One of the things that I liked was that Caleb stepped up the moment he knew he was a father. One of the things that I loved was that Emily was able to find an amazing family that I can’t wait to meet and get to know more of.
