It all started with the worst day of my life.

He waltzed into that church like it hadn’t been years.

Like he’d never taken my first kiss and hopped on a plane, chasing a dream we’d built together.

But the boy who caught fireflies with me is long gone.

He’s famous now.

Filthy rich.

Despicable.

His mom thinks he needs to reconnect with his roots after his latest PR disaster.

That spending some time at the beach house where we vacationed as kids will set his mind straight.

And the real kicker? She’s invited my recently homeless family to join.

They say I’ll learn to forgive him in the next few months. After all, time heals all wounds—even the ones caused by green-eyed celebrities.

Spoiler alert: they’re wrong.

Kane Wilder might have the hearts of millions.

But he’ll never have mine…

P.S. I’m Still Yours is a spicy standalone, college romance with an obsessed hero who would set the world on fire to make his girl smile.

Wow, this book was fantastic! I was completely blown away by the author’s storytelling and captivating writing style. It was my first time reading a book by this author, and I must say that it certainly won’t be my last. The way the characters were developed, the plot twists, and the seamless blend of emotions had me hooked from the very first page. I found myself fully immersed in the world the author created, eagerly turning every page, unable to put the book down. The vivid descriptions transported me to different places, making me feel like I was right there alongside the characters, experiencing their highs and lows. The impact of this book was so profound that I immediately finished the book and had to head over to the Kindle store to explore more of the author’s works. I’m excited to dive into their other stories and discover more hidden gems. If you’re in search of a gripping read that will keep you on the edge of your seat, I highly recommend checking out this author’s work.

You know what’s guaranteed to send your heart into your throat? Opening the front door of your off-campus house to find the boy you had a crush on all through high school telling you he’s the new subletter.

Of course, he barely knew I existed back then, and still doesn’t even though we attend the same university. But in a house of six college kids, it should be easy to remain invisible while carrying a torch for him. After all, I’m skilled at being overlooked and playing second fiddle.

Except Austin Van Hewitt, my hometown’s golden boy, doesn’t get the memo. After we throw our first party of the year, I’m on his radar and somehow my lips miraculously end up on his. The budding romance is one I’ve always dreamt about. As he shows more and more interest, I push aside the plaguing insecurity of never being good enough.

But then a letter shows up in our mailbox. A time capsule I wrote to myself when I was fifteen. You know, the kind where a teacher sends it to you years later? Guess who opens it by mistake and reads all about how I plan on marrying him and having his babies one day? Did I mention I signed it using his last name?

Mortifying would be an understatement. After he starts pulling away, I’m once again the girl in the background hoping that someone will understand me enough to pay me all of their attention.

The old me, the one conditioned to settle for what she’s given, would back down. This time, though, if I want everything I almost held in my hands, I’ll have to speak up. I’ll have to admit exactly how I feel, fight for the love that was blossoming. And I’m not sure what’s scarier; voicing my inner thoughts or facing his ultimate rejection.

This is the first book that I have read by this author.
Taya is shocked to see her kid crush to whom she has been in love with for years. They haven’t seen one another in years but she hasn’t forgotten him. Maybe now she will be able to get his attention this time around. Austin ends up reading a letter that Taya had wrote when they were teenagers, After Austin a They have a unique bond, you can tell right from the start that they were going to fall head over heals in love with one another. They both have issues with their families but there bond is like no either so that’s not going to stop them.

All I can do is hold onto the shattered pieces and try to find a way to make my damaged heart beat again.

I finally get what I always wanted— a chance to decide my own future. But I didn’t know this legacy would cost me everything.

I would give it all back, to be in his arms again…

Dear reader,

Dark Legacy is the twelfth book in my Knight’s Ridge Empire series, and the third book of Calli and Batman’s story. Grab the tissues, and prepare yourself because this one is going to put you through the wringer.

“You’ve always been my home, Angel.” GAH!

Since the last book and that horrific cliffhanger, I have been patiently waiting for this book as it’s the ending for Batman and Calli, which had me emotional because I don’t want to see these too have their story end. Batman and Calli have been through hell and back together. Their chemistry is electric, and Calli and Batman have a great group of friends and family around them. Calli has grown into this fierce person that we all knew she would be and kickass. Batman stole my heart just like I knew he would. While reading this there were moments when I was just in awe of Tracy’s writing and the stories that she comes out with.

Beck Callahan.

Star defensive Lineman.

Most popular boy on campus.

One of my best friends.

He’s always been off limits because I know a relationship with him could never work. Like, ever. He’s too perfect, too sweet, too good looking. Taking what we have a step further has the potential to ruin everything, and his friendship is too important to me.

So I keep it friendly, always with my feelings locked up tight. We talk. We date other people.

Until the beginning of senior year, one night at a party. When lines are blurred and eventually crossed. It was the best night of my life. A night I will never forget. Or regret. It’s all I can think about. He’s all I can think about.

But I’m also a little spooked. Beck says all the right things, and his sweet words make me feel…everything. He’s determined to make me his.

Should I let him? Or do I risk losing him as my boyfriend and my best friend?

This book was such a sweet and perfect childhood friends to lover’s book. Beck is the sweetest guy which matched perfectly with Addie because she was the sweetest. Beck would do anything and everything to be able to protect Addie and she is one of the most generous female leads that I have read in a while it was so refreshing to read.
With them being childhood friends, they were able to intensify their connection and make a beautiful and compelling story.

[New Post] ARC Review: The Prodigal by Kristy Marie

The Prodigal is a steamy, frenemies to lovers, forbidden romance full of delicious angst and heart-wrenching revelations.

Arrogant.
Indifferent.
Uncompromising.
Remington Potter was a sarcastic jerk with a body of an avenging angel. He screamed good times and bad decisions.
But that’s not what made us friends.
His saving me that one night did—even if he denied it.
Remington Potter was my antihero.
I owed him at least a friendship and a plastic chair.
But I made one mistake.
I didn’t knock.
I didn’t look away.
All I saw was him on the floor.
Tormented.
Enraged.
And broken.
But that wasn’t the worst part.
I discovered Remington Potter wasn’t the mysterious savior I thought he was.
He was vengeful.
And I was the final piece in his game.

I’m sure I have said this before but I think that Kristy is one of the best authors to write an enemies-to-lovers book. They always have everything that you looking for and then some. After getting introduced to Remington in the previous books I was wanting to pick at his brain to know his background, I had a feeling there were going to be some skeletons in his closet, I just didn’t think that it would be as many as it was. Eden and Remington have a rollercoaster ride that will leave your stomach in knots with angst, pain, heartache, twists, laughs and love. They break down one another’s walls like no other and nudge when needed. The sarcasm is wonderful and had me in tears with laughter. I will say, that if you want to read this one it would be best to read the books in order so that you can get the backstory but not the actual backstory of these two the epilogue that you get is pretty darn perfect if you ask me.
