Growing up, I spent every night tucked under my mother’s arm, dreamily listening to tales from her favorite book series—Legend Has It by Darby Donovan, a collection of spooky folklore about a town called Glenshire and the lonely, gray-eyed fairy prince who haunted the woods there. I knew they were just stories, but when my mother died and left me in the care of my cold, abusive father, that fictional fairy prince suddenly became very, very real to me. It was as if he was always there, hiding in the shadows, offering me his silent comfort. I turned him into an imaginary friend when I needed one most.

And thirteen years later, I’m doing it again.

When my coastal Irish town is bombed by the new Russian president, a Bratva leader seeking revenge on the United Irish Brotherhood, those missiles destroy everything I’ve ever known—my home, my family, and evidently my sanity—because when I pull an injured Russian Navy officer out of the sea, a man who led the charge against my town, I can’t bring myself to let him die.

Secluded together in my secret hiding spot, we’re safe from the Mafia war raging outside, but the overwhelming connection I feel to this stranger is a battle I fight every single day. I hate him with everything that I am, but when he looks at me with those smoky gray eyes, all I see is my friend. When he touches me, all I feel is desire. And when he wraps his lips around the sustenance I offer him, all I want is to feel them pressed against mine, loving me, putting me back together.

But no one can live in a fantasy world forever, and when reality finally finds us, the truth about him is worse than anything I could have imagined.

The man I rescued is no fairy prince.

He’s the goddamn Devil himself.

AUTHOR’S NOTE: The Devil Himself is a continuation of Devil of Dublinand is not intended to be read as a standalone. It contains the same dark themes, graphic violence, and explicit content as Book 1, but if you have questions about specific subject matter, a comprehensive content warning can be found on my website. Thank you, and enjoy!

I didn’t think that I was going to get as emotional as I had but I should have known lol. I loved being back in Ireland the views sound in incredible with the folklore. The pain that Clover and Damien have endured is truly heartbreaking, the resistance they have is unmatched, even with everything getting thrown at them. I mean everything like literal war and still able to get their HEA. After reading this truly gripping story of Clover and Damien you can see they are truly meant to be. This book was everything and more. I can’t wait to see what other books Easton has in store. This was a top 2024 read for me.

Memories of her touch aren’t nearly enough to satisfy him, and Ryan will do anything he can to make her his.

Yes, she still thinks about the sexy billionaire cowboy and his strong arms wrapped around her, but she’s a busy woman, with a thriving clothing shop and a group of friends that keep her on her toes. When you add in a house that always needs repairs, Polly’s days and nights are completely full. But when Ryan starts coming around, tempting her with that killer smile, heated bedroom eyes, and generous gifts, how is she supposed to stay away from him?

Polly knows how important the bond between father and son is and feels guilty for taking
some of Ryan’s attention away from Jake, especially when Ryan whisks her away to Paris for
the romantic vacation of her dreams. And just when the three of them start to settle in together, where Polly, Jake and Ryan start to feel like a family, she starts getting warnings and prank phone calls. Someone wants to come between them and their growing relationship.

When they do talk things out it just happened to be a miscommunication. One of the things that I truly loved was Jake who got adopted by Ryan and they have a wonderful bond.

Wilder Cromwell is pure temptation in a delicious package.
Gorgeous. Smart. Athletic.
He’s also my student.
The minute I saw him, I should have known better.
But falling for him was as inevitable as breathing.
He’s more than just a face in my class.
He’s the man who came to my rescue on one of my darkest nights.
Wilder has become a safe haven against my husband’s monstrous brutality.
Being with him is an escape from the cage my life has become.
With him I’m adored and I’m safe—two feelings I’ve never felt before.
But one mistake, on one unforgettable night, changes the course of my fate.
Or maybe, it just put me on the path I was always meant to be on.
Wilder and I might be wrong to the universe, but in his arms, nothing has ever felt so right.

This was heartbreakingly beautiful. Catherine and Wilder are student/teacher relationship. Cathrine has been through so much, my heart breaks for her. I was hoping that she was going to end up with someone fantastic, but she was able to get more, Wilder is her savior the true hero that she needed. Cathrine had built up some tall walls with her past relationship but that didn’t stop Wilder from trying to break them down. Wilder may be a young and charming guy, he’s also very mature for his age. The chemistry and banter are off the charts.

Finally returning home after years in Paris, ex-model Avery Littlewood never imagined a rerouted flight plan would land her on destiny’s runway. She’s seated next to a gorgeous stranger…and as he shares his story, it’s not long before she discovers why his arresting blue eyes look so familiar. There are several reasons why Beck should be off limits—he lives in Texas; he needs a friend, not a relationship; he’s practically family—but none of that overshadows Avery’s instant attraction for the man the moment she stepped foot on that plane.

Months after his mother’s death, old love letters have given Beck Dahlstrom the courage to seek out the Shaws, the family of the long-deceased father he never knew. He can’t believe his luck when the most gorgeous creature he’s ever seen sits beside him on the plane. When he discovers she’s not only heading to the same small Montana town, but she’s close to his father’s family, it’s more like fate. There are several reasons why Avery should be off limits—she’s considerably younger; they’re from different worlds; her father might kill him just for looking at her—but every glimpse into her stunning turquoise eyes just makes him fall deeper.

Montana, the Shaw family, Avery…all of them soon have Beck enchanted enough to consider big changes. But his life in Dallas also has considerable pull, including a person…or two…unwilling to give up Beck so easily.

Each book in the Love in Montana series can be read as a stand alone. The author highly suggests for a better reading experience you read the books in order.

This book may be love at first sight but its also so much more then that. Avery is returning home after modeling. Her flight back home got delayed and got detoured due to weather. On Avery’s last flight home, she gets seated beside a handsome man named Beck. Beck is instantly awestruck at Avery. During the flight they talk, have great banter. Beck is looking for his late father after just finding out who he was from his mom before she had passed. Avery mentions that she knows the family that he’s looking for and it changes both of their lives for the better. Beck never thought that he would get the chance to meet his family let alone fall in love with a model. While reading you go on an emotional journey that takes you on betrayal, forgiveness, acceptance and heartache.

For as long as I can remember, Lachlan West has been my brother’s best friend and the love of my life. Trouble is, he kissed me four years ago and then never spoke to me again.

I was doing great pretending he doesn’t exist until I was assigned to write an article about former college athletes, and I learn that the sexy single dad is my first interview.

Determined to wow my editor with an amazing sportsball piece—(have I mentioned I know nothing about sports?)—I head to Ember Falls, ready to face my fears—and the man I love.

The grumpy quarterback turned fireman wants nothing to do with me or my article. Yet, somehow I persuade him to let me follow him around for a few weeks, and even if he said yes just to get rid of me, I’ll take it.

But the longer I stay in his small town, the more complicated our story gets. The boundaries we set fall to the ground—along with our clothes.

He holds me like I matter, touches me like I’m cherished and kisses me like he loves me.

We both know I have to leave Ember Falls, and he’ll never follow—I only wish I could write a different ending to our story.

Lachlan is a great single dad that works as a firefighter. Ainsley is a journalist writing a story about Lachlan and how he rescued a girl from a fire. Ainsley and Lachlan haven’t seen one another in years and when she comes back to town and needs somewhere to stay Lachlan takes her in. While living with one another old feelings start to come back and realized they both had feelings for one another all this time. The chemistry and banter between these two are top notch leaving me laughing out loud.
