The first time I saw her, I wanted her.
The second time I saw her, I knew she had to be mine.
Beautiful blonde hair. Cornflower blue eyes. Body to die for.
All things I knew I couldn’t live without.
But after one night, she ghosted me, leaving me desperate for another taste.
I was usually the one to walk out the door before the morning light came.
This time, it was her, but not without becoming my obsession in the process.
Lily was a mystery.
She had a past shrouded in secrets she was unwilling to divulge.
She was running from something, and I was determined to find out what it was.
And once I did, I’d do anything to protect her.
They called me the sinner for a reason.
Because I wouldn’t hesitate to burn down the world or cross any line to save her.

A scorching hot, he falls first, touch her and die, billionaire romance.

Bradley may be one of the grumpiest brothers and isn’t the type to commit to a relationship, but he falls almost instantly for his flight attendant. Lily had a troubled past that she was running from, when we get to see the past that she had and the things that she had been though to have someone like Bradley with her to help when she really needed it. Lily and Bradley have great banter, steamy with a touch of mystery. This had me on the edge of my seat with the anticipation of what was to come. After reading this I realized that I too need to have a Bradley in my life.

You don’t mess around with a teammate’s ex. Ever. But that’s easier said than done when it comes to Blair Carmichael. She’s sexy, intelligent, gorgeous, and one hundred percent off-limits.

And I’ve never fallen harder.

But I can’t touch (when I most definitely want to).

My team’s success and my chance at a new contract for next season depend on me keeping my hands on the wheel. And off her curves.

As the season progresses, we secretly steal as much time as we can together—in hotel rooms, after races, anywhere we can’t be found out. A real romance out in the open would risk her job in the industry, her reputation, and my image–not to mention my strained relationship with my teammate.

I’ve lived my whole life with one mantra. Team first. What I want outside of my racing career hasn’t factored in.

Until now.
Until Blair.

She deserves the world and I plan on giving it to her. Even if I have to walk away from the biggest contract of my career.

The chemistry between Lachlan and Blair is defiantly one that you don’t want to miss. Blair is an event coordinator and in a toxic relationship needing to leave. I loved seeing the growth that she has throughout the book. Lachlan a F1 driver and teammates with Blair’s boyfriend who she is completely better of without, Lachlan is the type of guy that she needs and one that can handle the curves. It was great seeing him fall first instead of the other way around. Along that way Blair loses her way and to have someone that Lachlan there in her coroner to support her and find it again, Lachlan is giving golden retriever/cinnamon roll vibes.

I hate my boss. Like, loathe him. Two years ago, he semi-broke my heart and he still doesn’t remember who I am. Okay so I was covered in electric blue body paint, and wearing a wig, but is that a good excuse to not remember the girl you said was your destiny?

Now I’m stuck working for the jerk because only he can give me the job I really want—manager of his hotel.

When he needs a fake fiancé for business reasons, there’s an easy solution—blackmail. He has to give me a trial run as hotel manager in return for wearing his ring.

It’s a perfect plan until he remembers when we first met.

Things suddenly shift and now he’s looking at me with eyes that see straight through to the real me, touching me with hands that make me weak and kissing me with a mouth that threatens to do things to me they don’t even talk about in movies.

There’s just one wrinkle. I don’t trust him not to break my heart again.

A standalone marriage pact romance from USA Today bestselling author Louise Bay.

Leo and Jules are a fantastic couple they have an instant connection and meet cute. They both need one another’s help; Leo needs a fake fiancée and Jules wants to be a hotel manager. They have a relationship that is a slow burn with wonderful banter that will keep you glued to your kindle to the last page.

A small town, single dad, forbidden romance from bestselling author, Stacey Lynn.

I don’t think anyone would’ve chosen to be a single dad before their driver’s license even arrived in the mail, but that was the curveball that life threw at me. While my classmates were partying it up at football games and Prom, I was dealing with ear infections and learning how to be the best kind of dad like my father was to me.

I all but gave up on trusting a woman again and finding love as I had more important
responsibilities: being a proud girl dad to Josie, helping my family out on their ranch, and starting my own construction business.

Then Penelope Pesco shows up and kills my resolve to remain alone. She’s not only the most alluring woman I’ve ever met, but a forbidden one too: She’s my daughter’s new teacher.

Gavin is a single parent at fifteen to his daughter Josie and wants nothing more then for her to be happy. When she goes back to school, she gets a new teacher named Penny. Gavin is fighting his attraction has much as he could because he is focusing on his daughter. Penny is the sweetest she’s had a tuff childhood, she was needing to grow up faster that she had needed and was taking care of everyone but herself, that is until she meets the adorable Josie. Gavin and Josie have wonderful chemistry and banter. I loved watching these two together and breaking down one another’s walls and have a roller coaster of emotions, The way the Kelley family have taken Penny under their wing is so amazing. I just love the Kelley family dynamic.

Over the years, Joshua has watched most of his family fall in love. He and his cousin Nate are the last single Shaws standing, and while Nate’s seemingly content to stay that way, Josh wants the kind of love his sister, parents, and grandparents have found. In the meantime, he’s alone. And lonely. Particularly since, until that special someone comes along, Josh believes certain…ahem…intimacies are worth waiting for.
Sophia Montgomery is still reeling from the unexpected passing of her beloved father when, in her grief, she texts his old phone number—and gets a reply. The person on the other end, Josh Shaw, is sympathetic, funny, and kind…everything Sophia needs right now. And when her grieving mother suddenly focuses on Sophia’s dating life, it’s not long before Josh goes from text friend to fake boyfriend to get her mom off her back.
But the first time Josh and Sophia meet in person? Well…there’s nothing fake about their instant attraction.
Giddy with newfound feelings, the young couple isn’t prepared for the bombs about to go off in their lives—including revelations about Sophia’s father and a Shaw family tragedy that rocks Josh’s entire world.
No one ever said life would be perfect. But if Josh and Sophia rely on each other to get through their biggest challenges so far as a couple, their love could prove more than perfect enough.

Josh and Sophia have a unique way of knowing one another that you don’t really see in books. All I’m going to say is that it has to do with a phone and text. Sophia is a dance instructor working at her parent’s studio. She suffers a tragic loss that changes her world forever. Josh has been waiting for the woman of his dreams after seeing his family find there one true love and have their happily ever after but will he be able to make that happen with Sophia?
