People in little clothing hardly catch my eye, but there’s something about Aiden in a towel that softens my defenses. And when he admits I’m the first woman he’s ever been with? He spells out exactly what he wants with no room for error—Me.

But I should know better than to let my walls crumble. Because when that stalker sets his sights on me, Aiden’s determination won’t be enough to keep me and my baby away from harm.

Isla has come back home after getting fired from her job as a dancer and boyfriend wants nothing to do with her when he found out she was pregnant. Aiden is avoiding his family living day by day. The only time that he feels at ease is when he’s at the club watching Isla dance. When the sheriff comes to the club to warn to the girls that there is a protentional danger Isla and Aiden have come to an agreement, to keep Isla and her baby safe they agree to start a fake relationship. The relationship they have great chemistry, they have some bumps in the road, they were able to navigate though to get their HEA.

On the outside Taylor has all the beauty, money and social status, bit of a snob but when you get to know her, she’s actually not that way at all. Levi is tall, dark hair, dark eyes with tattoos, he grew up on the other side of the city. Levi gets a job at Taylors mansion they have an attraction to one another, but Levi pushes her away because he doesn’t want to get fired because he’s there for another reason. Falling in love wasn’t in the plan he had at all before getting the job. All in all this was a great read and wonderful addition to the series.

When I come face-to-face with my new nemesis, I expect to give him a piece of my mind and we’ll go our separate ways. Me to an empty mailbox and him to sift through his panty collection.

That is not what happens.

I don’t know if it was the booze, his clever wit, or if I was tricked (I’m sure I was tricked), but now I’m fake dating the Mavericks’ hot new rookie.

And I might just be the next woman to lose her panties to Brogan Six.

Playbook is a standalone fake dating, grumpy/sunshine sports romance with banter, found family, spice, and a guaranteed happily ever after.

I can’t believe that I’m about to say this about a book that I have read by this author, but I have to say that this was a DNF for me which is shocking. I’m not sure if it was just the way the story was being told?, the mood I was in? I’m not sure. Regardless this was a DNF at 28%.

Oliver and Sophia are the perfect couple to end a series on and I think that they are my favourite couple out of all the books that I have read by Bromberg. A one night stand had changed everything for Sofia and Oliver. The chemistry, banter, love they have for one another is on fire. The driver and the artist will take you on a fast ride but also paint a beautiful picture that will take control of your heart from the start.
