A one-night stand wouldn’t hurt, right? That’s what I told myself while I was stranded at the hotel bar in the middle of a snowstorm. I thought indulging in a night of passion with the good-looking detective would be a great idea. I couldn’t have been more wrong.

Apparently, seeing him again was inevitable, especially when fate kept putting him in my path.

I didn’t have time for a relationship. I had a business to run and obligations to honor. But as it turned out, resisting him required more restraint than the set of handcuffs that brought us together in the first place.

I convinced myself that it was the perfect arrangement. He wasn’t looking for a commitment and I wasn’t in a position to give him one. That was already promised to someone else.

We might have agreed to keep things simple, but sometimes rules are destined to be broken.

He told me he would give me Whatever I Need. How can I bring myself to tell him what I need is for him to let me go?

This book was a hilarious meet cute where they get handcuffed together.
There chemistry was off the charts.
There were a few times that I wanted to just slap Amelia for not telling Marco the truth sooner, but I did get some of it, but she still frustrated me.
This book was enjoyable it had been laughing a fair bit, I did have one issue though, the story over all was really good but I just couldn’t get over the lack of communication aside from that this was a good book
.
