Seren Grayson is a tempest. Heartless and destructive to anyone who crosses his path. But because of his good looks and talent on the football field, the students at Windham Prep adore him. They respect his boldness. They fear his wrath. And, they believe they know the real Seren.

But they don’t.

When I’m forced to move into Seren’s home, I unexpectedly unleash his wrath and become his latest target. He may think I’m easy prey because I’m the housekeeper’s daughter, but he’s wrong. I’m not someone who will cower or back down when I’m pushed.

I’ll push back. Harder.

The longer I spend in Windham, the more I unravel the mysteries of Seren and Grayson Manor. Who knew it would take an outsider to soften his tough exterior and discover the truth behind the lies.

I have read a few books by this author before but I think that this is my favourite one thus far.
Grace has strength like no other, she definitely had never imagined that her dad would have passed away when she was 17, she had to move in with her mom to finish the last couple months of school. Her mom works for a rich family as a housekeeper. She was only 17 but she seemed a lot older. Seren is selfish and spoiled. Grace and Seren both have emotional baggage that takes you on the journey with them.
Seren has a lot of built-up anger and takes it out on Grace but she doesn’t let that bother her because he’s just some spoiled rich kid but when feelings start to get in the way there’s only so long before they can hold back. Grace and Seren have an electric connection that just pulled me into the story.
This is a dark bully/enemies to lovers book.
