This was another amazing read by Monica. I knew that it was going to be a tough read after we got introduced to Sylvie in Whit’s book but I didn’t know that it was going to go as feels as it did that didn’t matter because I loved every minute of it. She had a rough childhood due to a controlling mother. Spencer’s best friends with Sylvie’s brother then they turned enemies into lovers and then turned into something that we all aspire to have, these two are the definition of soulmates. They have known one another since they were kids they have always had a spark between them. I loved how real, raw, gritty and emotional this read was, Spencer is the best he’s the rock that she always needed.
