Urban legend.Ruthless Attorney.Hateful Billionaire.

Tobias Hale is surrounded by rumors, most of which are true. Underneath that three-piece suit is a cold, callous man who rules the courtroom with an iron tongue. Judges hate him with the same passion he hates me.He hasn’t always been that way, though. We were once star-crossed lovers who sat by the water’s edge—me wearing his jacket and him dreaming about a future far away from my family—a place where I wasn’t American royalty, only his queen.I never thought I would see him again.Years later, a chance encounter brings us face to face. The sweet and compassionate man I once knew is long gone. The man before me now is a vicious and calculated billionaire.Once upon a time, he was my fairytale prince. Now, he has become the legend everyone knows as Tennyson—my husband, my killer.A Vengeful Occasion is a second chance, romantic suspence standalone.

I got to say that Kristy has something special for making books that are laugh out loud, have amazing sexual tension and chemistry its fantastic. Spencer and Tobias have an incredibly heartbreaking and beautiful love story of second chances. Spencer can finally get away from abusive husband and ends up meeting her first husband Tobias. Spencer may feel guilty, with how the things ended Tobias ends up being pissed at her and only has one thing in mind… revenge. It’s only a matter of time before they can hold back any longer and finally give into their feelings and have the relationship they were truly meant to be.

A wedding dress is meant to be worn only once.
When a stranger finds herself in need of a miracle at the last minute, I do the unthinkable: I offer mine to her.

The same one I wore down the aisle for my late husband.
Now I’m invited to the wedding and finding myself wondering why I shut myself away from the world for so long.
I’m only meant to be at the Wilder Retreat for a single day except I go home with not only a job offer, but the promise of something more.
Ridge Wilder is hiding secrets of his own. And the undeniable chemistry between us burns before we even contemplate taking that first step.
Only I’ve already had my happy ever after. I never planned on finding another.
And Ridge is even far more broken than I am—with a past that might come back to haunt us both.

Aurora is a pastry chef loses her husband, and everything falls apart for her. Ridge had lost his girlfriend and unborn child that he has been keeping a secret. He’s the hot, tattooed bad boy that I traded insults with…and now he wants my help?

Knox Holland is in a jam. After an incredible first year on the pro motocross circuit, he should be on top of the world. Instead, his bad reputation has landed him without a team. He’s untouchable and desperate to turn it around.

Which is how he ends up at my gym asking me to train him. As a college gymnast with two Olympic medals to my name, I know a thing or two about the pressure to succeed. Last season I choked and then injured myself before I could show the world that I’m not a twenty-year-old has-been.

Focused on the future, I can’t afford to get distracted. But I recognize the desperation in Knox’s eyes, and I can’t say no to him, either.

It should have been an easy task, but nothing about Knox is easy. One minute we’re arguing, and the next I’m enjoying his shirtless handstands a little too much.

Falling for him would be a mistake…

Burnout is a sports romance with a cocky bad boy, spice, banter, and a happily ever after.

Knox is a tattooed bad boy that comes off as a grump but once you get to know him, he’s a teddy bear. Avery is not taking any flack from Knox with some moments left me loling. She’s a gymnast that is just coming back offer a knee injury and is nervous that she’s not going to be the same since her accident. I haven’t read that many gymnastic books, so this was a nice spin on a motocross read. This was a cute read that had the perfect balance of love, steam, tension and banter, these two find out they have more in common then they both at the start was wonderful. If you are in the mood for a good girl/bad boy book? Then this is the book for you.

A Small Town, Enemies to Lovers, Boy Obsessed, Found Family, Standalone Romance from USA Today and Amazon Bestselling Author, Laura Pavlov.

Ruby Rose declared me the enemy before I had a chance to defend myself.
I may be an attorney, but this girl had appointed herself judge and jury.

And I’d never minded a good verbal sparring.
There was a comfort in going to battle against the evil queen.
Maybe it was just the recognition of one damaged soul to another.
But the more we fought—the more I craved her.
Until our arguing turned into a bit of a wager.
One I was determined to win.
One time. Sixty seconds. A secret only we would share.
I’d work my magic and she’d declare me the winner.
I’d gloat, she’d sulk—that was my plan.
She was determined to prove me wrong.
But from the minute we crossed the line, there was no turning back.
She was so far under my skin I couldn’t think straight.
Feeling things that I’d never felt before was one thing.
But knowing the clock was ticking was another.
Ruby Rose may have given me more than sixty seconds, but she wasn’t offering forever.
And now my world doesn’t work without her in it.
But how do I convince her to stay, when she already has one foot out the door?

Ruby starts off by strongly disliking River, they have fantastic banter and chemistry that keeps you glued to your kindle. River is a lawyer Ruby is the responsible one in the family taking care of her mom and half brothers. While getting to know Ruby, River is determined to help her. Their relationship starts as a no strings attached but before they knew it, it was something so much more.

They’re back for the summer… and changing everything

Teddy’s life isn’t her own anymore. It’s been nine months since the accident, and she still can’t remember anything from before it. When all hope rests on the heart-shaped sketch from the six summers she spent in Bear Lake, she memorizes it. A last resort in the laundry list of failed attempts at restoring her memory. When it becomes just another reminder that she’s disappointing the people she loves, she vows to leave the small town at the end of the summer. Until her path collides with the two handsome faces from that sketch.

Reed is her new coworker at her summer job. He’s confident, eager to spend time with her, and hard to ignore. If it weren’t for their alluded history, she could use a friend. Miles is quiet, reluctant to open up, and pretending not to know her. Avoiding him is impossible while he’s living next door. But he’s the only one who seems to understand what she’s going through.

The more time she spends with them, the more Teddy begins to live her own life again. She’s starting over in the one place she thought she’d need to leave behind. Until a pivotal moment tests just how much she is willing to give up before she defines her future for good.

A coming-of-age romance with nostalgic heart, summer love, and second chances.

After reading this I went to see what other books Meagan has written and this is her first one? What? If you have been following my reviews for a while, then you know that reading love triangles are one of my favorite tropes. Teddy has amnesia and is unable to remember anything other then her parents and can’t remember what happened the night of the accident. She has a job at a restaurant and isn’t sure how she knows them or the owner son, Reed. Teddy also meets Miles who seems familiar but isn’t sure how she knows him. While reading you feel like your going on the journey of remembering with Teddy and getting know everyone, Her parents were a tad over protective but understandable considering. Teddy, Miles and Reed have great banter and charm. This book left me wanting more and not wanting the story to end. I can’t wait to see what this author with have next.
